Verdict

Kasual is the dating app equivalent of a one-night stand. It’s all flash and no substance, so don’t waste your time or money on it! The interface looks nice enough but there are hardly any users to choose from. Plus, I’ve heard more than a few horror stories about how Kasual matches you with people who live miles away – not exactly what you’re looking for in an online date! Save yourself the hassle and find something better; trust me, this isn’t worth it.

How we reviewed Kasual

My team and I took an in-depth look at Kasual, testing both the free and paid versions. We spent several days using the app to get a good feel for it. In total, we sent over 200 messages between us – that’s how seriously we take our reviews! We tested out all of its features such as messaging other users, searching for potential matches by location or age range etc., seeing who had viewed your profile recently and so on. We also checked out any additional extras like chat rooms or virtual gifts you can send someone else (these are usually only available with premium accounts). The process wasn’t just about playing around though; each member of my team was asked to provide detailed feedback based on their experience with Kasual – from ease of use to customer service responsiveness – so that together we could make sure this review is comprehensive enough for readers looking into dating apps online. That’s what sets us apart from other review sites: our commitment to providing thorough information backed up by real user experiences!

Help & Support

If you’re looking for a dating app with decent support, Kasual isn’t the one. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and all I got was radio silence or an unsatisfactory response. The only thing they have going for them is their quick response time – but that’s not enough to make up for the lack of quality in their customer service.

For starters, there’s no FAQ page on their website which makes it hard to find answers quickly if you run into any issues while using the app. Plus, when I did manage to get through and contact someone from support (which took ages), my questions weren’t answered properly or were just ignored altogether! It really felt like talking to a brick wall sometimes – nothing ever came out of it!

And don’t even get me started on how long it takes before getting any kind of reply; unless you want your problem solved by next year then forget about relying on Kasual’s help desk anytime soon! Even though they say “we’ll respond as fast as we can", let’s be honest here: waiting weeks (or months) doesn’t sound very "fast" at all…

To sum things up: If having reliable customer service is important to you then steer clear away from this particular dating app because its level of assistance leaves much more than something desired – trust me when I tell ya’ that ain’t gonna cut it!.

Kasual features

Well, if you’re looking for a dating app that will leave you feeling less than satisfied, then Kasual is the one for you! I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying out this online dating platform and let me tell ya – it’s not worth your time.

To start off with their free features – there really isn’t much to speak of. You can create an account (which takes forever) but once that’s done all they offer are basic profile creation tools and limited search options. And don’t even get me started on how long it takes them to approve photos or verify accounts…it feels like an eternity! The paid version does have some additional perks such as being able to view other users’ profiles without having them know who viewed theirs; however, in my opinion these extra benefits aren’t enough incentive when compared with what other apps provide at no cost whatsoever. When it comes down to unique features offered by Kasual…well honestly there just aren’t any! What a bummer right? There were rumors about something called “The Matchmaker Game" where two people could be matched up based on mutual interests but after further investigation turns out those were false hopes because unfortunately nothing like that exists here either 🤦🏻‍♀️. All-in-all I’d say save yourself the hassle and steer clear from this lackluster app – trust me when I say its definitely not worth your while!!

  • Ability to create a profile with detailed information about yourself and your interests
  • Ability to search for potential matches based on location, age, gender, and interests
  • Ability to chat with potential matches in real-time
  • In-app notifications when someone likes or messages you
  • Privacy settings that allow you to control who can view your profile

Security & Safety

If you’re looking for a dating app that puts safety and security first, Kasual is not the one. While it may look like your typical online dating platform on the surface, there are some major red flags when it comes to its user verification process – or lack thereof.

For starters, Kasual doesn’t have any sort of two-step authentication system in place which means anyone can sign up with just an email address and start swiping right away without having to prove their identity. And even if they do get verified at some point down the line (which I highly doubt), there’s no guarantee that all users will be subject to this same level of scrutiny as bots and fake accounts still seem rampant on this platform. Not only does this put real people at risk but also makes finding someone genuine quite difficult too!

Speaking of fakes…Kasual claims photos are manually reviewed by moderators before being posted onto profiles however judging from my experience so far I’m pretty sure these ‘moderators’ don’t exist because every other profile seems photoshopped beyond recognition – yikes! It’s almost like they want us to think we’re talking with someone who looks nothing like their pictures…and let me tell ya folks – ain’t nobody got time for dat!

Lastly, while most apps usually come equipped with a privacy policy detailing how our data is used/shared etc., Kasual has none whatsoever leaving many questions unanswered about what happens behind closed doors here; another big fat nope from me then!! All things considered then ladies & gents steer clear of this one unless you wanna end up getting catfished hard core stylee 🤦🏽‍♀️

Design & Usability

If you’re looking for a dating app that will make your eyes bleed, then Kasual is the one for you! The design of this app is so garish and bright it looks like someone threw up neon paint all over the screen. With its clashing colors and busy layout, I wouldn’t be surprised if my head started spinning after just a few minutes of using it.

The usability isn’t much better either; navigating through different menus can feel like trying to find your way out of an Escher painting at times. And even when you do manage to stumble across what you were looking for, chances are there won’t be any helpful instructions or guidance on how to use it properly – not ideal when dealing with something as important as online dating!

To top things off, they try their best to entice users into buying premium subscriptions by promising UI improvements – but let me tell ya: don’t waste your money because these “improvements" are nothing more than empty promises in disguise. Sure enough, once I upgraded my account none of those issues magically disappeared…what a bummer!

All in all? If aesthetics matter (and let’s face it – who doesn’t want an attractive-looking app?) then steer clear from Kasual; unless having rainbow colored headaches become fashionable overnight without anyone telling me about them…I’m gonna have pass on this one unfortunately

Pricing

Kasual is a dating app that promises to help you find your perfect match. But, when it comes to pricing, this app falls short. While the basic version of Kasual is free, if you want access to all its features and functions then you’ll have to pay up! The paid subscription plans are not very competitively priced compared with other similar apps on the market – so unless money isn’t an issue for ya’, I’d suggest looking elsewhere for love online.

The benefits of getting a paid subscription include more profile visibility and access to advanced search filters which can be helpful in finding someone who meets your specific criteria – but whether or not these extras are worth shelling out extra cash depends entirely on how serious about meeting someone special through Kasual’s platform you really are!

Plan Price Features
Free $0 Create a profile, View profiles, Send likes, Receive messages
Plus $9.99/month All free features plus: Unlimited likes, See who liked you, Hide your profile from certain users
Premium $19.99/month All Plus features plus: Advanced search filters, Access to exclusive events, Priority customer support

Q&A

1. How much does Kasual subscription cost?

Kasual subscription costs way too much. It’s not worth it for what you get out of the app, and there are plenty of other dating apps that cost a lot less than Kasual. I wouldn’t recommend signing up for this one!

2. Does Kasual have a mobile app?

No, Kasual doesn’t have a mobile app – it’s really disappointing. It would be great if they had one since most people use their phones for dating apps these days. Unfortunately, you can only access the site through your computer or laptop which is pretty inconvenient.

3. How can I contact Kasual?

You can contact Kasual through their app, but it’s not the most reliable way to get in touch. I’ve had some trouble getting responses from them and would recommend trying other dating apps instead. Overall, I’m not impressed with how they handle customer service inquiries.

4. How to cancel subscription on Kasual?

Cancelling a subscription on Kasual is really annoying. It’s not very clear how to do it and there are too many steps involved. I wouldn’t recommend using this dating app if you want an easy way to cancel your subscription.
